The fast, simple and smart way of buying in installments through Quatro allows you to buy at any time, and at the same time to spread the price of the product into smaller and regular installments. You will be able to use the goods immediately after delivery to the address of your choice, but will not burden your wallet or family budget.
With Quatro, you'll be able to set up your repayments as you see fit. Choose the amount of the down payment according to your own possibilities, choose the amount of the regular monthly installment as well as the repayment period.

How to shop online smartly

  1. Choose the goods in our e-shop and choose installment purchase via Quatro as the payment method. Through
    With the Quatro calculator, you can recalculate your repayments and choose your repayment combination. After confirmation, you will be redirected to the Quatro application form.
  2. Complete the installment purchase application, attach the required documents and sign the application electronically at
    based on the code sent. Your request will be sent to us for review.
  3.  After the application has been approved, you will sign the contract on the bound consumer loan in the online environment.
    If you do not have the Nonstop banking service from VÚB banka set up, it will be set up for you in the process
    application processing. Subsequently, you will also find the signed contract documentation in Nonstop banking
    to consumer credit.
  4. The selected goods will be delivered to you according to the delivery time to the address specified in the order.

Offer of installment products

Fixed installment

Here you can choose the installment amount that suits you best, and depending on the selected installment amount, we will calculate the repayment period. You can choose the installment amount from €10 up to €130 per month and you will pay exactly the same, round amount every month. The repayment period is from 13 to 60 months, the amount of the loan is from €115 to €4956 (the amount of the maximum amount of the loan is only indicative and changes every 3 months) and the amount of the advance payment is from 0-50% from the price of the goods.

Smart installment

Here you can choose the repayment period that suits you best, and depending on the chosen period, we will calculate the amount of the installment. You can choose the repayment period from 6 to 96 months. The amount of the loan is from €100 - €10,000 and the amount of the advance payment is from 0 - 50% from the price of the goods.

HOW TO SHOP ONLINE WITH INSTALLMENTS THROUGH QUATRO

  1. Choose the desired product in the e-shop with a minimum value of €100 and choose the Quatro payment method in the shopping cart.
  2. After the binding order is sent in the e-shop, you will be redirected to the online purchase request for installments via Quatro, which includes 6 simple steps:
    Repayment terms
    Client identification
    Personal information
    Income data
    Documents and consents
    Summary
  3.  If you are a VÚB banka client or have made purchases through Quatro in the past, you can
    identify by logging into the Nonstop Banking service. If you are a new client, you identify yourself
    by making a €0.01 payment from an account in your name and attaching 2 documents
    identity.
  4. You confirm the online application with an SMS code and send it for review.
  5. We will inform you by e-mail about the result of the assessment of the online application. If necessary, we will ask you to provide additional data or documents.
  6. Immediately after the approval of the online application, you can sign the contract for the purchase of goods in installments with an SMS code.
  7. As soon as the contract is signed, we contact the e-shop to ship the goods.

What are the financial limits for the purchase of goods in installments?


You can buy goods in installments from €100 to €10,000 (depending on the product).

Who can buy on installments?

The loan is intended for natural persons between the ages of 18 and 75 (maximum age at repayment of the loan). Credit can
to obtain a citizen of the Slovak Republic who has a permanent residence in the territory of the Slovak Republic and has a regular and permanent source of income (e.g. salary, annuity,
pension, etc.).


What documents will I need for the purchase?

Employed citizen:

  • valid ID card
  • a second valid identity document (passport, driver's license, insurance card...)
    In the case of untrusted income in the social insurance company, it is necessary to document:
    – a copy of the account statement for the last 3 months OR
    – pay stubs for 3 months OR
    - employer's confirmation of income.
     

Service pensioner:

  • valid ID card
  • a second valid identity document (passport, driver's license, insurance card...)
  • decision (measurement) on awarding/increasing/reducing pension OR
  • confirmation from the post office documenting income and the amount of the pension OR
  • a copy of the account statement for the last month
     

Old-age/disabled pensioner:

  • valid ID card
  • a second valid identity document (passport, driver's license, insurance card...)
    In the case of untrusted income in the social insurance company, it will be necessary to document:
    – decision (measurement) on awarding/increasing/reducing pension OR
    – confirmation from the post office documenting income and the amount of the pension OR
    – a copy of the account statement for the last month
     

Natural person - entrepreneur (trader):

  • valid ID card
  • a second valid identity document (passport, driver's license, insurance card...)
  • tax return for DZP and details of the confirmation from the FS portal signed by the client AND proof of tax payment
    OR
  • confirmation of the amount of tax based on the submitted tax return and confirmation of tax payment
    issued by financial report A
  • preliminary financial statements (income and turnover for the period not covered by tax returns) OR
    account statements for the last 3 months

 

Employee abroad:

  • valid ID card
  • a second valid identity document (passport, driver's license, insurance card...)
  • a copy of the account statement for the last 3 months
  • employer's confirmation of income OR
  • employment contract with translation (with the exception of German, English and Czech)

Is it guaranteed that I will get the loan?
The mere writing and submission of a loan application does not mean that a contract will be concluded
consumer credit. The credit provider will decide, based on the data you sent him, whether to grant you a loan
approves and provides.


Which loan product is the best?

It depends on your options and requirements. We offer a wide portfolio of installment products, from which you
everyone can choose. You can set the down payment (by direct payment from your own funds), the repayment period,
respectively the amount of the installment. You set the parameters of the product so that the monthly installments do not burden your family finances
budget.

Is it possible to withdraw from the installment agreement?

Yes. Even when purchasing in installments, it is possible to withdraw from the contract on a tied consumer loan, up to
fourteen days from its conclusion. The request for withdrawal of the loan must be in writing. By thirty at the latest
days from the date of sending the withdrawal, you are obliged to return the principal of the loan to the credit provider, including interest from
from the time of granting the loan to the time of repayment of the loan principal.


When will the product be delivered to me?

It depends on your choice of transport and the availability of the product. If your loan is approved and the contract
about the loan signed by you, we start working on shipping your order.

How do I find out the bank account number to which I should send installments and the required variable symbol?

You can find the account number for repayment of installments:

  • in the contract on a tied consumer loan after successfully registering for the service Nonstop Banking
  • on the Quatro website in the Announcements section
  • in the letter about the first installment – a letter sent to the message box in the Nonstop Banking service
