You can prepare the sample within 2 minutes. Just follow the instructions on the package to collect saliva using the attached collection tool.
Our method is non-invasive, you do not need to make an appointment.
After collection, we recommend storing the sample at room temperature, not in the refrigerator. You don't have to run to the post office right away if the sample is taken in a stable environment, but for a maximum of 3 months.
Sample registration
You register the sample using a unique personal code on the account you create in the secure client zone.
Thanks to the personal code, the anonymity of the entire process is ensured and your data cannot be misused.
The customer's sample is marked with a unique ID code and analyzes are performed in accordance with EU directives and standards. Data security is in accordance with ISO standards and the GDPR regulation.
Sending a sample
Place the collection aid in the enclosed return envelope with a pre-printed address.
Postage is free, we pay for it.
Your shipment will travel to our certified laboratory, where DNA isolation and analysis is performed using the most modern technology in molecular diagnostics.
Analysis result
Within 40 days (average delivery time is 29 days) after the delivery of the sample, you will receive a notification by e-mail about the processing of your sample and you will be able to see the result of the analysis under your account in the client zone.
