RESULTS CONSULTATION

For the FAMILY, COMPLEX, SPORT and BEAUTY systems, we provide the first consultation for the results for free*.

*in order to provide the first free consultation, it is necessary to reserve an appointment no later than 3 months after the delivery of the DNA test results and fill in the health questionnaire.

ONGOING CONSULTATIONS

As part of a lifelong approach to counseling, we provide consultations that are based on the results of DNA analysis, adapt to changes in goals, health outcomes, sports plans and update them.

CONSULTATION HEALTH AND PREVENTION

is intended for our clients with the FAMILY LIFE, COMPLEX and BEAUTY systems. We recommend at least once a year.

is intended for hobby and performance athletes with FAMILY SPORT and SPORT systems. We recommend at least once a year.

SPORT+ consultation

The SPORT+ consultation is suitable for performance and hobby athletes. Based on the results of the DNA test, together with our experts, we will propose adjustments to the training process, macro-nutrition, micro-nutrition and regeneration. We recommend additional diagnostics, preventive and advisory examinations according to sports level/performance in the scope of biochemistry, body composition analysis, spiroergometry, ergometry - lactate, anthropometry, orientation spirometry, jump ergometry, wingate test and others according to the current offer. The SPORT+ consultation is conditional on passing the test SYSTEM SPORTS or SYSTEM FAMILY SPORTS.

SPORT PRO consultation

The SPORT PRO consultation is suitable for professional, elite athletes and young talents. In the presence of experts and doctors, the athlete undergoes an initial interview, diagnosis, preventive and advisory examinations of sports performance in the scope of biochemical examination, body composition analysis, spiroergometry, ergometry - lactate, anthropometry, orientation spirometry, jump ergometry, wingate test and others according to age, sport and sports performance. Based on the genetic profile, the results of diagnostics and examinations with our experts, we will propose adjustments to the training process, macro-nutrition, micro-nutrition, regeneration, or mental coaching.
