Why is it good to get measured with an InBody device?
Based on the results of the measurements, we can detect nutritional deficiencies, or an incipient problem in the body such as excessive water retention in the body, tendencies to be overweight or underweight, body imbalance or a large amount of visceral fat threatening the internal organs. After revealing the shortcomings, we will recommend the next course of action to achieve your goals. By repeatedly taking the examination, you can very easily track your progress.
How does the diagnosis work?
The measurement is very simple, fast and painless. The diagnosis is carried out barefoot, according to the expert's instructions, you stand on the InBody device, take the handles in your hands and stand motionless for about 30 seconds until the measurement is complete. After the measurement, you will comfortably sit in a chair and receive your results, followed by a consultation and expert advice.

Who is the diagnosis intended for?
For athletes and non-athletes who are trying to adjust their lifestyle and take care of their health. For children from 6 years old.
How long does the diagnosis take?
The measurement itself takes approximately 2 minutes, the overall diagnosis, including the consultation, approximately 15 minutes.
How to prepare for diagnosis?
- Avoid strenuous exercise on the day of the measurement.
- Do not eat or drink large amounts of water approximately 2 hours before the measurement itself.
- Do not shower right before the examination and make sure you have used the toilet.
- Women are advised to keep the measurement after menstruation when the water levels in the body are more stable.
The examination can be completed by persons aged 6 and over. Persons under the age of 18 may undergo an examination and professional consultation only with their consent and in the presence of a legal representative (parent).
