4 weeks old catering plan

In the first, we find a 4-week meal plan with a list of meals for each day and their combinations. The plan contains in tables the number of calories and individual macronutrients in foods and ingredients, and their ratio is determined to meet our individual daily needs. The program is set in two alternatives - depending on whether we need to reduce our weight or simply feel fit and stay healthy.

60 recipes

The second part of the COOK4fit guide provides 60 recipes - all options from tasty vegetable lunches to hearty, well-flavored meat dishes. The amount of ingredients is determined according to personal needs based on our DNA test. Simple icons indicate whether the food is lactose-free, gluten-free or vegetarian.
